Technician – Homecare ( Oxygen provision )

Recruitment Plus now offer an interesting and exciting position to candidates in the Cork region .

Your brief will be to carry out home deliveries, installations, removals and servicing of oxygen products for HSE patients and to ensure that relevant associated consumable items are delivered in accordance with technical guidelines

You will work with depot staff to achieve service delivery and essure compliance with Key Performance Indicators

Three of your 5 working days will be based in the Cork City area Monday to Friday, 9. am to 5 pm.

This job requires a rota for out-of-hours midweek and weekend cover for calls out-once every 9 weeks.

Candidates should have a Leaving Cert education and clear experience within a customer service environment. Fluency in English is needed and the ability to learn a certain amount of technical information is important, although you do not need to be in a”technical” role at present, as full training will be given. Manual dexterity is needed, as are excellent communication skills, a customer focussed attitude and IT skills.

A good package plus vehicle pertain to the role.
