Description of Role:

Our client is now seeking an experienced salesperson to manage a small group of telesales colleagues in a medical sales organisation. Extremely fast growing organisation, this company can offer you career progression and a seat at senior management level over time.

Skills and Experience Required:

• The type of candidate who will be successful in this interview process ( 1-2 interviews

• Will be a good motivator,

• Good commercial acumen

• Have the internal drive to succeed that characterises all good salespeople

• You do not need medical sales experience to get into this role, but it would suit people who have good telesales experience / internal sales experience in other industries who would like to build a career in medical sales as your progression could be to move out “on the road” and sell to hospitals etc

Role Responsibilities:

• As part of the role you will also have your own accounts

• The team sells into GPs, Clinics, Physios etc , with the product lines being mainly medical disposables.
