Job Title: Temporary part time Programme Support Officer

Salary: Pro rata @ 37.5hrs €28k – €30k

Location: office/ remote/ on the road (client visits in South Dublin)

Hours: 15 hrs p/wk flexible (between 11.30 am – 7.30pm Mon – Fri)

Essential Skills:

• Computer skills: Fluent in Excel fundamentals + CRM experience

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

• Exceptionally personable AND highly professional / keeps boundaries

• Self-starter/ ideas and initiative

• Solution focused and good at figuring things out

• Can manage varied workload and loves a challenge

• Excellent team player (upward management type/ seeks feedback/ initiates reporting)

Essential Requirements:

• Own car, full clean driving licence and insurance

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: 3rd Level or higher

• Desirable: Experience working with older people/ vulnerable adults in some capacity

Responsibilities:

• Client assessments + home visits

• Volunteer recruitment

• Information gathering

• Database updates (Excel + CRM)

• Other tasks as required
