RecruitmentPlus are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are a leading life sciences organisation with state-of-the-art facilities in Citywest, Dublin. They now have positions for Cleanroom Operative / Technician to join the team to assemble, inspect and pack medical devices. Previous experience within a cleanroom environment of medical devices is advantageous, but not required as training will be given.

Weekly rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.

Requirements:

• Leaving cert standard or equivalent with fluent English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Be pro-active.

• Manual Handling.

• Good dexterity and able to stand for 8 hours on an assembly line.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean room entrance and exit in accordance with cGMP and in line with current SOPs.

• Product assemblies to be created within the cleanroom and non-cleanroom environment as outlined by SOPS.

• Packing the finished product.

• Performing daily and weekly cleaning to maintain strict quality standards as directed by team leaders.

• Completing all documentation clearly and legibly in line with cGMP standards.

• Occasional Inventory control.

• Inspection – product, components, packaging, labels, drawings, specifications for defects as outlined in relevant SOPs and training.

• Reporting any quality issues to production manager and quality team within a timely fashion.
