RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client have an exciting new role for a Sales Manager to join their business. This is a global organisation well established in Ireland who are seeking to expand their business building on their current client base.

This will suit an experienced Sales professional who is confident in putting together a sales strategy, approaching various businesses within the heavier and technical industries and enjoys being out on the road. It might best suit a Leinster or south Ulster based individual, but they are open on location. Previous experience with hydraulics/products or aftermarket sales/services would be beneficial.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Sales experience with margin experience. Relevant University degree or equivalent.

• A proven sales track record within B2B companies.

• Have a commercial understanding of complex products intended for professional use.

• Excellent track record of customer focused service delivery, B2B with multiple distribution channels.

• Has the desire to achieve and enjoys building out a client base.

• Fluent in English & full drivers licence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and develop the regional sales to improve market presence, through developing existing customer accounts and bringing in new.

• Be directly engaged in the collection of information, generation of insights and recommendations.

• Ensure and promote “customer first” focus.

• Provide competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.

• Ensure detailed market and customer analysis and monitoring by sector and trends.
