Job Title: Medical Sales – Devices/Consumables

Salary: To 52K plus 14K bonus plus car etc

Description of Role:

Our client is now seeking medical sales rep to continue the growth of their niche line of products which are focussed mainly on the renal and oncology disciplines within the Irish medical industry.

My clients product line focuses on preventing waterbourne infection on pic lines etc in these departments.

Ideally applicants should have medical sales experience, in hospitals. It may also suit candidates who have sold to GPs, but want to move into the hospital environment.

It could potentially suit candidates looking to break into medical selling who demonstrate the capacity to diversify into medical sales and the acumen to sell in a medical setting

Finally, nurses who have researched medical sales and have the sales “gene” to move their career into selling may suit this. There will also be an element of patient interaction and training at pharmacy level, as the product is sold in pharmacies upon patient referral from hospital.

The key to this is to get the product “buy in ” and referral from consultants or , perhaps more importantly, their nurse teams

Candidates should show drive and determination and the ability to plan a territory and work it efficiently, to gain maximum returns.

Fluency in English is a requirement.
