Clerical Officer
Job Title: Clerical Officer
Grade: Clerical Officer
Reporting to: Corporate Affairs Officer
The Regulator wishes to recruit a clerical officer. In your role, you will be ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of the Office. This will include supporting Heads of Service/Managers with clerical work on a daily basis and communicating and dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service via telephone and email under the supervision of a designated manager. Your IT skills for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and internet will be utilised to maintain high quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
The Clerical Officer will be responsible for, ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of the Regulator’s Office. Communicating and dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service via telephone and email. Administration and continuous improvement of internal electronic and paper filing systems and archive records. Providing administrative assistance to the broader team as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years administrative experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate in their written application that they meet at least three of the criteria identified in the information booklet for this role at the link below.
