Carpet Fitter – Dublin South

Salary €40k – €50 depending on level of experience

Our client are a well-established high-quality carpet and flooring company with a reputation for high quality workmanship and customer service.

They are now currently looking to add an experienced carpet fitter to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

All tools and van are supplied by the company.

The successful candidate, should be hard working, have attention to detail with good initiative to problem solve should the situation arise and manage the jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

Required:

• Full clean Irish drivers licence required.

• Minimum 2 years‘ experience as carpet fitter essential.

• The company also supply & fit LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet tiles, laminate and wood flooring so some skills on these flooring types would also be of benefit, or a willingness to learn.

• Fully fluent English.

• Strong customer service skills.

Most of the work is done Monday to Friday, but the odd job requires weekend work, mainly on commercial sites.

The Carpet Fitter will be working on jobs for both the Sandyford and Kilkenny branches, so some travel will be involved.
