Our client, a leading global organisation, is now seeking a Customer Service Representative with German for a permanent contract based in Co. Cavan. This is an excellent opportunity to create impact within the Customer Service team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain solid relationships with a portfolio of customers through providing a high level of support for their daily needs

• Prepare sales quotations and coordinate shipments

• Handle invoices when needed

• Provide support on any issues that arise to ensure they are resolved

• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English is required

• Experience working in a B2B customer service role is desired

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
