Recruitment Plus is now recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator position. My client is paying a stronger basic salary than the market average, and the commission figure above, and more, is very achievable.

Role:

• My client is seeking an enthusiastic lettings agent to join their busy lettings team in South Dublin, dealing with a variety of Dublin properties. My client is responsible for leasing and management of large scale residential and commercial properties within Dublin

• The role will see you competing with other prestigious Dublin property companies and as such my client requires someone with a positive, “can do ” attitude, high levels of professionalism, and attention to detail.

• For an experienced Negotiator, a salary of €53k is available, beating the market average notably

Requirements:

• Ideally you should have 2+ years‘ experience but candidates with 1 year of experience will be actively looked at. The Lettings team in this company is well experienced, so it would be an excellent place to learn

• Must have appropriate PSRA licence and have property-related educational qualification

• Enthusiastic and motivated

• The role requires someone who is able to work independently as part of a busy team with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast paced environment, with a strong customer service ethic.

• Knowledge required of landlord and tenant legislation, PRTB regulations and statutory property obligations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to work hard and ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential
