Our client is now seeking a Medical sales Representative / Territory Manager to maintain and drive the success of their product line in endoscopy and theatre. The role reports to the Endoscopy Sales Manager and covers all of Ireland, but the role is largely focussed on Dublin, with some focus on the other cities

This company achieved record revenues in 2025 and is poised for further growth and offers excellent long term career prospects

The role is open to a number of types of candidates:

– Existing medical sales reps

– Nurses , Physios etc who demonstrate a suitablity and desire to move into a commercial role

-Clinical Engineers who wish to purse a sales career

– Sales Reps from outside of the medical industry who show a clear desire and understanding to transition into selling medical products.

After full training, the candidate will have the necessary technical understanding and will be able to use that expertise to add value for the customer and create further business opportunities.

The product portfolio comprises capital and consumable products mostly in the Theatre Environment with a focus on Neuro, Gynaecology, ENT, General Surgery. The role will involve broad hospital stakeholder engagement working with the surgical teams and

liaising with CNMs, CSSD and Clinical Engineering.

The TM will be expected to regularly pitch and upsell products to Consultant Surgeons, Nurse Managers, Clinical Engineering and

Procurement. Building on the relationships already in existence the TM will be endeavour to develop and strengthen relationships with these stakeholders

The role requires dynamism, interpersonal skills and the ability to push for sales when the opportunity is there, and to be able to cultivate longer term relationships when sales are not immediately possible

Fluency in English is a requirement.
