RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client are seeking to speak with experienced Operations Managers who can effectively deliver full operational and hospitality excellence. This will be a senior leadership role overseeing catering, accommodation, housekeeping, front of house and facilities in a hands-on manner, working with the departmental leads.

This will include weekends and evening shifts as part of the management rota.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in operations management within hospitality, adventure tourism or a similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team across multiple functions.

• Confident in handling budgets, rotas and resources.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible and resilient – able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.

• Efficiency – Smooth daily operations with minimal downtime or disruption.

• Team – Engaged, trained, and effective staff across all departments.
