The Process Engineer will play an integral part in ensuring production runs to optimum outputs across yield, availability and efficiency achieving the best quality and performance standards. Previous experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean is beneficial.
Easily commutable from within counties Meath, Cavan, Louth, Monaghan, Armagh and Westmeath.
Requirements:

Hold a Chemical Engineering Degree and ideally 2+ years working experience in a similar role.

Lean or WCM experience is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to work across cross functional departments and teams, with good problem solving, data analysis, investigation, report writing and presentation abilities to achieve production improvements.

Proficient in MS Office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Work as part of a cross functional team with Production, Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain to deliver manufacturing targets.

Promote company Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies in the performance of the role.

Problem solve issues relating to Availability, Yield and Manufacturing efficiencies using WCM/ Lean approach. Deliver innovative and sustainable solutions as countermeasures and ensure these new processes are implemented.

Lead and report on Process manufacturing trials.

Data collection, analysis and presentation of reports on works including monthly summary reports.

Develop a knowledge of best practice process technology.

Assist with the company sustainability goals.

Network with Group experts.

Assist in the effective investigation of customer complaints using WCM methodology. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are robust and sustainable.

Assist with, train and mentor colleagues as required.
