Location: Dundalk, Co Louth-Field-based – Covering Ireland & Scotland

Salary: €65k, Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission + company car + laptop + mobile phone

Our client a well-established and expanding manufacturing company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across Ireland and Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and being rewarded for success.

The Role

• Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing an established customer base across Ireland and Scotland.

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Building long-term relationships with distributors, merchants and key accounts.

• Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.

• Providing market feedback and identifying emerging trends.

• Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.

• Representing the company at customer meetings, trade events and exhibitions as required.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

• Proven sales experience within a manufacturing, industrial, construction or related sector.

• A successful track record of developing new business and managing existing accounts.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• A full, clean driving licence.

• The ability to travel throughout Ireland and Scotland.
