Our client is now seeking a Commercial Property Manager who is looking to develop their career further in the dynamic property sector.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally you will have 2+ years‘ experience in commercial property in addition to the PSRA licence.

• Depending on your experience you will be working as a senior Property Manager for the group as well as focussing on the smaller number of commercial properties in the portfolio

Role Responsibilities:

• The general portfolio is large with an approximate split of 70% / 30% Residential / Commercial with properties spread around the country.

• You will join a team of 11 in the Property Department in a fast growing dynamic organisation offering excellent career possibilities and progression opportunities
