My client is a highly innovative Medical Devices company with a diverse and highly regarded range of products across a number of therapeutic areas. As Field Sales Manager you will help to drive strategic initiatives and push for the ongoing successful market penetration in these two product areas

Requirements:

In essence this role is open to approximately two types of candidates:

• Candidates who have existing people management skills developed in a sales role in the medical industry. Urology / Gynae relationships on the ground would be useful, but this is not a pre-requisite

• A highly experienced Medical Sales Rep who wants to drive their career upwards, and is frustrated by the lack of management chances coming up at their current employer.

In terms of characteristics and skills of the individual, my client would like

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.

• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.

• Fluency in English

• Full driving license.
