Description of Role:

Our client is now seeking a Junior Commercial Property Manager who is looking to develop their career further in the dynamic property sector.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally you will have some experience in the property industry and are now looking to taking on a junior proprty management role, and study towards your PSRA licence.

• This client will give you precisely that, so if you have some experience in areas like Lettings Management or even residential sales and want to diversify in this exciting industry , this may be the chance you need

• You will be focussing on the smaller number of commercial properties in the portfolio and you may also gain your experience through shadowing or working in your with my large clients other property partners

Role Responsibilities:

• The general portfolio is large with an approximate split of 70% / 30% Residential / Commercial with properties spread around the country.

• You will join a team of 11 in the Property Department in a fast growing dynamic organisation offering excellent career possibilities and progression opportunities
