Description of Role

Our client is now seeking a Senior Finance Assistant to join their team in Dublin 12.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in finance / operational / analytical role is essential

• Previous experience in the property industry is preferred

• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, this will apply to both clients accounts and company accounts as well,

• Previous experience with packages is preferred & excel is requires

• this is most likely can be tested in the competency-based questions.

• Problem solving skills / Solution orientated

• Strong communication

• Must be enthusiastic and energetic

• Team player, but also have the ability to work on own initiative

• Work under strict deadlines & under pressure

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rent management – reconciliation / collection / recording / follow up

• Be able to understand and analyse the portfolio – turnover / void periods / rent due vs collected / deposit accounting / etc.

• Invoicing – reconciliation / recording / entering to accounts system

• Recording transactions to a system
